Design Concept
A small private development of eight pool villas on a hillside in Kamala, on Phuket's west coast, surrounded by trees with views of the green hills.
Each villa has 548 m² over two floors: a double-height living room, kitchen and dining room opening onto an 8 × 4.2 m pool and terrace downstairs, and two master bedrooms, a second bedroom and a dining balcony upstairs. There is a ground-floor bedroom and covered parking.
Furniture package
An optional furniture package is available for ฿3.5M.
Villa service
The common fee covers weekly pool cleaning, security, gardening, common lighting and rubbish collection.
