The Project
Design Concept
A private development of 17 pool villas in Pasak, Cherngtalay, on Phuket's west coast. There are four villa types, from two-floor 3-bedroom villas to three-floor 5-bedroom villas, each with its own pool and covered parking.
A modern contemporary design with dark materials, floor-to-ceiling glass, a sunken living area that opens onto the garden, and a large kitchen and dining space. The photos show the finished show villa (3 bedrooms, 511 m²).
Furniture package
Each villa has an optional furniture package, from ฿3M to ฿7.5M depending on the type.
Villa service
The common fee covers weekly pool cleaning, security, gardening, common lighting and rubbish collection.
