Design Concept

Vana Anda is a private estate of about 32 two-storey pool villas in the Pasak area of Cherngtalay, on Phuket's north-west coast. The idea behind it is simple: calm, green, private living – villas wrapped in tropical gardens and generous pools, yet only minutes from the beach, Laguna, golf, international schools, restaurants and Boat Avenue.

Open living spaces flow straight onto the garden and pool through floor-to-ceiling glass. Warm timber, natural stone and soft light give every room a relaxed resort feeling, while the large plots leave room to grow – a guest house, a pool pavilion or an extra bedroom.

What is the payment plan?

2% to reserve, 28% at the sale and purchase agreement, then three stage payments of 20% during construction and 10% at handover.

Can I add a bedroom, guest house or office?

Yes. The plots are large and the developer offers customisation before completion. I can get you a quote.

How far is Vana Anda from the beach?

About 1.6 km from Bang Tao Beach and around 5 minutes from Boat Avenue.

Do I pay more if I buy through Property Lounge?

No. You pay the developer's price. My fee is paid by the developer, and I look after you personally from the first viewing to the handover.
